About Hull

Hull Ferry Port main terminal is located in King George Dock and is operated by P&O Ferries. The City of Hull offers world class entertainment and visitor attractions, as well as having the magnificent Humber Bridge - the 3rd longest suspension bridge in the world - at its gateway.

Hull Port

Hull Ferry Port handles more than a million passengers and over 10 million tonnes of traffic every year. It is owned and operated by Britain's largest ports group, ABP, and represents the only passenger port on the Humber Estuary. Ferries from the Ferry Port of Hull go to Rotterdam and Zeebruggee.

Hull port facilities

Facilities at Hull Ferry Port are limited but include disabled access and toilets. The nearest petrol station is Snax 24-hour service station & shop, which is located less than half a mile away in Hedon Way. Car parking is available in Hull Ferry Port but is not free of charge.

Getting to Hull

From the North & West follow either the M62 or A1079 to the A63 & Hull City Centre. Follow the signs to King George Dock & Ferries. From the South follow the A15 across the Humber bridge & then turn east along the A63 to Hull City Centre. Follow the signs to King George Dock & Ferries.

There is a coach from Hull Paragon Railway Station to the terminal at King George Dock: departure at 18:00 hours. From King George Dock to Hull Paragon Station: departure after arrival of ship. National Express operates daily direct services to and from the terminal. Principal pick-up points are: York, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Bradford, Newcastle, Sunderland, Thirsk, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
