Southampton port facilities
Southampton Ferry port facilities include a cash machine, heated waiting area, trolleys, payphones, toilets, vending machines and a small shop. Parking is also available at Triangle Car Park.
Getting to Southampton
From London, take the M25 then the M3 towards Southampton. Then follow the signs to the Ferry port.
From the East exit the M27 at junction 7, then follow the A334 and then the A3024 to Southampton. From there follow the signs to the Ferry Port.
From the West exit the M27 at junction 3, then follow the M271 and then the A3024 to Southampton. From there follow the signs to the Ferry Port.
National Express operates a frequent UK coach service from Southampton Coach Station (near the rail station). There are regular coach services to Heathrow, Central London, Brighton, Bournemouth, Exeter, Plymouth, Penzance, Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham, Stoke on Trent, Liverpool, Sheffield and the North. There is also a free CityLink shuttle bus from the nearby rail station that can take you to the ferry terminal.
From London; South West Trains operate frequent services between Waterloo (via Clapham Jct, Woking, Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton Airport) and Southampton Central taking a little over an hour.
Virgin Cross Country Trains operate from Scotland, the North, Midlands and Birmingham; Wessex Passenger Trains run from South Wales through Bristol and Salisbury; South West Trains run services from Weymouth, Poole and Bournemouth and Connex provide services to Portsmouth and Brighton.
