About Langnas
Langnas is just 18 miles south east of Åland's capital Mariehamn. Langnas Ferry Port belongs to the autonomous authority of Åland and was built to accommodate more connections to the mainland Finland and Sweden.
Langnas is a small harbour in Lumparland, one of the smallest municipalities on Åland. Lumparland is a picturesque little county with lush green meadows, fields alternating with forests, hills, bays and beautiful beaches.
A must see place while in Langnas is the oldest wooden church of Lumparland and the breathtaking view from the highest mountain called Lumpokasen.
Lumparland is connected to several of the other Åland municipalities, Sweden and Finnish mainland by means of the Langnas Ferry Port.
